Sometimes I have more motivation to take a nap than to workout. Both are equally important if you ask me, but when the desire to nap happens more frequently than the actual workouts, it’s time to make some changes. I will look for some motivational outlets to get myself back into gear and uplifting quotes have a positive effect on how I end up spending time. These are a few of my favorites.
