Ibotta requires some attention to detail but has very high rebate amounts and gets easier the more you use it. It’s beneficial to check through the offers before heading to the store. Some of the rebates are pretty detailed and you have to buy a certain size or amount to qualify for the cash back to credit your account. Ibotta also uses in-store credit card purchases and online shopping links to earn cash back even faster. Once you’ve racked up $20, you can request a payout via PayPal or in the form of a gift card. Pro tip: If you ever take a break from using this rebate app, cash out your balance to avoid a processing fee.

Shopkick is super fun and easy to use. It’s been in my rotation for the past few years and it just keeps getting better. You can scan item barcodes in the store, simply walk in to snag kicks, watch videos in the app or make purchases through the Shopkick shopping links to earn kicks that can be converted to cash. It’s easy to get your gift card minimums quickly and start saving. Check it out!

Receipt hog is one of those apps that takes some time to rack up rewards but is worth the payout if you stick with it. I generally will wait to reach the $40 payout amount to redeem my coins since it is the biggest money maker for the effort put in. Just snap photos of your receipts and watch out for the survey invites to earn. Use the promo code prisp482 when you sign up for a welcome bonus.
